The Selection process
Our Incubation Program supports and guides educational Entrepreneurs through Personalised Coaching, Learning Circles, Site Visits, Webinars, Peer-learning, and Access to mentors and experts in the field to develop relevant Knowledge, Skills, and Mindsets. This enables them to launch a contextualised, high impact and sustainable Teaching Fellowship Model.

What we look for in our Entrepreneurs
Once every quarter TFIx team, the cohort of Entrepreneurs, and Teach For India Veterans come together for 4-5 days at one of our Entrepreneur's sites. We celebrate each other’s achievements, learn from each other and develop all the technical skills needed for running the Fellowship successfully.
Courses are additional resources for Entrepreneurs to build depth in understanding of any component of Fellowship.
Webinars are conducted quarterly either as a part of the Fundraising Strategy to hone Entrepreneurs' skills of Fundraising or as a Community of Practice space where Entrepreneurs solve their problems together.
TFIx Program Partners are professional coaches with an in-depth understanding of Teach for India's Fellowship Model. Through one-on-one coaching, they provide Entrepreneurs with differentiated support towards Fellowship and Entrepreneur's Leadership Development. They visit each of their Entrepreneur' sites once every quarter i.e 4-5 times in a year.
Our network of domain experts and leaders in Teach For India as well as TFIx guide Entrepreneurs on organizational development, Fellowship foundation, etc.
Entrepreneurs get to experience and draw inspiration from Teach For India and TFIx Entrepreneur Partners' model by visiting their sites, twice in the incubation period. This helps Entrepreneurs deepen their understanding of contextual Fellowships, org structures, and support systems required to run successful Fellowship programs.
OPPORTUNITIES FROM TEACH FOR INDIA & ITS NETWORK
We believe in shared learning and deep engagement. Teach For India has built experience of running a Teaching Fellowship Model in urban areas for 12 years. Over this period we have created vast resources and networks that can be utilized to support Entrepreneurs in their journey. Teach For India is also a part of the Teach For All Network, a growing group of independent organizations that are working to expand educational opportunities in their nations. By being part of TFIx, Entrepreneurs can access these resources and networks.
