Stanzin started rZamba to empower communities and public schools, co-creating and sustaining educational initiatives to ensure better life chances for children in Kargil. They continue their intensive engagement throughout the rough abrogation of article 370 in the erstwhile J&K with communities and schools forging collaborations with Village educational committees, the Department of school education, and LAHDC. They aim to develop itself as an ever-evolving space for constructive social change, especially for Ladakh and its people.

Niwas's experience of interaction with the gendered school system, transgender communities, and the norms pushed by the community as per their binary gender identity pushed them to start Anantmool. They work towards enabling the local youth to shift the stereotypical mindset towards gender in the community and become leaders in transforming the public school system into a gender-free holistic learning concept.

A psychologist with 15+ years of experience bought 10 acres of land to build the Sristi Village Foundation for people with neurodiverse needs, to provide them with nutritious food, shelter, and a loving and supportive environment conducive to learning. Through Sristi, he aims to foster an entire spectrum of learning and growing opportunities for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

He started Samanta to work with the Remote, Rural, Tribal, Pastoral nomads, and Forest-dwelling communities on Education and Youth Development. The primary focus is contextual pedagogical solutions for school education, enabling the ecosystem to lead to School Transformation and engaging Youth as active participants and changemakers.
